Goku after his new form "The Ultimate God" gives a strong deadly smile to Jiren. Jiren does starts feeling that he has gained massive amounts of strength while fighting. So, Jiren thinks to finish him as soon as possible because he realizes that his strength will keep on increasing every single moment so he uses his full potential punch to knockdown Goku, But no power at this time has any affect on Goku and so while taking punches on his guts is not at all effectively strong enough to damage Goku. Goku smiles and say this is the end of the tournament and End for innocent people getting destroyed.. 

So fight has ended and jiren is down, everyone in Stands are Shocked and Goku is still in his form... Now everyone including Grand Priest Everyone realize Goku's potential and Zeno gets more excited and happy about how strong he can get..
